Fitness Fusion
On Oct. 31, the Fitness Fusion instructor Lori Sage, worked out with the club members in her Aquarius hippie costume.
She has taught in LW for 20 years, and developed a program focused on core strength and development of the upper/lower body muscles. The use of free weights is allowed and provides additional resistance throughout the program.
The key to the program are standing yoga poses and stretches for improving balance.
The Fitness Fusion Club meets on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 6, and on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Veterans Plaza.
