Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County remains open at its temporary location at OCFA Fire Station No. 48, 3131 North Gate Road, Seal Beach. It will remain open Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon, for anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis and come with 1% milk. LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.

Cream of pumpkin soup, butternut squash and feta cheese pasta, spring mix with balsamic dressing, whole wheat crackers (4), pistachio pudding or fresh fruit (diet).
Friday, Nov. 1
Chicken strips with kung pao sauce, oriental vegetable blend, pineapple fried rice, egg drop soup, crackers and canned pears.
Monday, Nov. 4
Tarragon chicken salad with yogurt dressing, broccoli and peppers salad, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Tuesday, Nov. 5
Mexican beef cocido (cubed beef with broth), vegetable mix, whole grain tortilla, banana and sugar-free pudding.
Wednesday, Nov. 6
Turkey bolognese, Italian vegetable blend, bow-tie pasta, parmesan cheese (one pack), whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and tropical fruit mix.
