The celebration will feature food trucks, live music, an emergency expo and more
The GRF Fall Festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 19, at Clubhouse 6 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The LW CERT Club, in conjunction with the Security Department and several safety groups and vendors will be on hand to demonstrate what is new in emergency preparedness, including information about LW emergency preparedness clubs and survival items.
Stone Soul, the classic soul and Motown tribute band that brought down the house at the Amphitheater this season, will perform.
Representatives from North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) will share information about the classes they offer in Leisure World.
Food will be available for purchase from Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ, Baby’s Burgers and Dezzertaholic. People can also join a game of Connect Four, giant blocks or cornhole. Facepainting by the Theater Club for children and the young at heart will round out the fun. Shuttle service will be available from Clubhouse 4’s parking lot. People are encouraged to park and ride.
