Duplicate Bridge Club
The Leisure World Duplicate Bridge Club meets on Mondays and Fridays in Clubhouse 1 at 12:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at any game using the sign-up sheets. Players can call Linda Nye at 562-453-6678 or email her at yuelingnye@yahoo.com no later than 10 a.m. on game day. Arrive by 12:15 to confirm reservations.
Sept. 23 winners (eight tables): Larry Topper and Thad Mikols (65.03%), and Sue Fardette and Sue Boswell (56%), north/south; Judith Jones and Al Appel (61.56%), and Jeanette Estill and Priscilla Caillouette (55.06%), east/west.
Sept. 27 winners (six and a half tables): Larry Topper and Lynn Danielson (60.41%), and Howard Smith and Bud Parish (58.34%), north/south; Timothy Cole and Joyce Roberts (55%), and Kay Tseng and Alan Olschwang (53.21%), east/west.
