Community Church

The holiday and end-of-year season is fast approaching and Community Church has taken to following the ancient practice of seven weeks of Advent leading up to Christmas Eve and the celebration of the birth of Jesus. Advent will begin on Sunday, Nov. 10, with worship at 9:50 a.m. Until then, the church is wrapping up the end of this Christian year with a look at how believers are caring for all that they have been entrusted.

Community Church meets on Sundays at 9:50 a.m. at 14000 Church Place. The service is followed by a time of fellowship and light refreshment. People are also welcome to come early for a cup of coffee in the narthex. LWers are welcome to come to see what the “friendly church” is all about. Community Church thanks everyone who came to the Fall Fling on Oct. 5.
