Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County remains open at its temporary location at OCFA Fire Station No. 48, 3131 North Gate Road, Seal Beach. It will remain open Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon, for anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis and come with 1% milk. LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.

Turkey roast with mushroom gravy, Capri vegetable blend, rice pilaf, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Friday, Oct. 4
Chicken strips with lemongrass sauce, Oriental vegetable blend, brown rice and tropical fruit mix.
Monday, Oct. 7
Chicken salad with citrus dressing, California vegetable blend, tortilla soup, whole wheat dinner roll and canned pears.
Tuesday, Oct. 8
Vegetable lasagna, chicken meatballs, black bean and lentil salad, whole wheat dinner roll and mandarin orange.
Wednesday, Oct. 9
Diced chicken breast with orange sauce, Oriental vegetable blend, rice pilaf, whole wheat dinner roll and tropical fruit mix.
