Duplicate Bridge Club
The Leisure World Duplicate Bridge Club meets on Mondays and Fridays in Clubhouse 1 at 12:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at any game using the sign-up sheets. Players can call Linda Nye at 562-453-6678 or email her at yuelingnye@yahoo.com no later than 10 a.m. on game day. Arrive by 12:15 to confirm reservations.
Sept. 16 winners (six and a half tables): Shmuel Fisher and Thad Mikols (61.50%), and Howard Smith and Fay Beckerman (52.91%), north/south; Tim Cole and Joyce Roberts (57.29%), and Beth Matheny and Bud Parish (55.71%), east/west.
Sept. 20 winners (six and a half tables): Darlene Harrison and John Krafft (58.57%), and Larry Topper and Bob Goldstein (55.36%), north/south; Beth Matheny and Marilyn McClintock (61.66%), and Thad Mikols and Sue Fardette (55.36%), east/west.
