Voter Registration Forms Available in LW Library

Residents new and old are encouraged to make a trip to the library to pick up a voter registration form. Whether a person is new to voting or forgot to update their address, registering to vote is the only way to ensure participation in this year’s general election.

The deadline to register to vote in California for the upcoming General Election is Monday, Oct. 21. Once a person has completed the form, they can deposit it in any USPS deposit box to be mailed at no cost.

People who want to register in person can do so at the pop-voting event on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Clubhouse 6.

At the LW Library, people can also pick up a limited edition “Reader. Voter. Ready.” bookmark courtesy of the American Library Association. Books written by leading party candidates and their vice presidential picks are also available for checkout.

The LW Library is open Monday-Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day.
