LW Library Cards

September is Library Card Sign-Up Month and the Leisure World Library is encouraging residents to stop by and see what’s new at the library.

Those who have never visited the library before or do not yet have a library card will find the process simple and easy. All people need to do is bring their GRF Resident ID card to the library and staff will quickly set up an account.

Once signed up, people can explore nearly 40,000 items available for checkout or perusal including the latest books, travel guides, magazines, movies, television series and daily newspapers. Computers, printers, copier, scan and fax services are also available.

The library is open Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. For more information, call the library at 562-598-2431.
