LW Bicycle Group

The LW Bicycle Group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Helmets and safe shoes are required.

Studies show that there are many advantages of biking for older adults. It is easy on the joints and easily accessible.
