LW Baptist

LW Baptist will begin its worship service on Sunday, Sept. 15, singing, “O may all who come behind us find us faithful.” The church is held every Sunday in Clubhouse 4 at 10 a.m.

God’s redeemed children are privileged to serve him. Their worship is called serving the Lord, and their faithfulness in service is precious to him. Jesus said, “Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, my servant also will be. My father will honor the one who serves me.”

The Lord also calls his people to serve one another in love and to appreciate one another’s service to the Lord and to each other. By washing his disciples feet, Jesus taught them humility, service and forgiveness, and told them to do likewise. Ultimately service to the Lord and to others is an expression of faith, since the Lord has promised to reward believers’ service.
