General: Salvation Army Donation Event: MOVED to approve the Salvation Army Donation event.
Capital Funding: Traffic Configuration Design for Parking at Main Gate: FAILED to approve an agreement with Urban Crossroads to spend $5,000 from Capital to provide an engineering design and road markings plan for vehicle parking between the globe and the Security office, per the OCTA design.
Reserve Funding: Swimming Pool Locker Room Floors:
MOVED to award a contract to Advantage Concrete Coating to install a slip-resistant coating to the swimming pool locker room floors at a cost not to exceed $6,580, Reserve funding, authorize the President to sign the contract, and authorize management to make the necessary funds transfer per California Civil Code 5502.
Reserve Funding: Clubhouse 6 HVAC Unit #3: MOVED to award Greenwood Heating and Air a contract for replacing HVAC unit #3 at Clubhouse 6 at a cost not exceeding $11,985, Reserve funding, authorize the President to sign the contract and authorize management to transfer the necessary funds per California Civil Code 5502.
Reserve Funding: Round Table in Clubhouse 2—Main Room: MOVED to approve the purchase of 10 round tables for the Clubhouse 2—Main Room at a cost not exceeding $1,372.35, Reserve funding, and authorize the President to sign the contract.
Reserve Funding: Replacement of Large Mobile Room Divider Clubhouse 1: MOVED to approve a large portable room divider for Clubhouse 1 at a cost not to exceed $2,641.71, Reserve funding, and authorize the President to sign the contract.
Governing Documents: All Charters New Verbiage: MOVED to approve adding Section 4 regarding Committee Chair discretion to all Charters as amended.
Governing Documents: Civil Code 5502 Resolution: MOVED to approve the resolution as prepared by Foundation counsel to provide prior written authorization for the listed types of transactions necessary for the day-to-day function of the Foundation in compliance with California Civil Code 5502.
