Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, firstserved basis and come with 1% milk. LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.

Roasted turkey with mushrrom gravy, vegetables, rice pilaf, whole wheat roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Friday, Aug. 23
Diced chicken with lemongrass sauce, oriental vegetable blend, brown rice and tropical fruit mix.
Monday, Aug. 26
Chicken salad with citrus dressing, California vegetable blend, tortilla soup, whole wheat roll with Smart Balance and canned pears.
Tuesday, Aug. 27
Vegetable lasagna, chicken meatballs, black bean salad, whole wheat roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Wednesday, Aug. 28
Diced chicken breast with orange sauce, oriental vegetable blend, wild rice pilaf, whole wheat roll and tropical fruit mix.
