Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, firstserved basis and come with 1% milk.
LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.
Thursday, Aug. 15
Baked tilapia with ranchera sauce, broccoli, whole grain tortilla, sugar-free pudding and orange juice.
Friday, Aug. 16
Chicken strips with teriyaki sauce, jasmine rice, pineapple coleslaw salad, coconut iced cake or fresh fruit (diet).

Salisbury steak with brown gravy, winter vegetable blend, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread with Smart Balance and canned peaches.
