Expired Guest Passes: What To Do

When a visitor is issued a guest pass for Leisure World, that pass lasts 90 days, after which the pass expires. When a guest attempts to enter with an expired pass, Security will scan the expired pass, check his or her status online at the gate, and issue another 90-day pass. Guests are not required to complete any additional steps to renew their passes.

If a guest loses a pass, he or she can provide Security with their identification and the name of the resident whose guest list they are on, and Security will issue a new pass on the spot. The old pass will be immediately rendered invalid. If a guest is not on a permanent guest list, a LW resident can issue individual day passes through GRF’s guest management software Proptia or by calling Security at 562594-4754. Residents who are unfamiliar with Proptia or who would like to learn more can attend GRF’s technology orientation on Aug. 29. See page 3 for more information.
