The message of the cross is the focus for LW Baptist’s Sunday worship service at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4. When Jesus died on the cross, the captain of the soldiers said, “Surely this was the son of God.” The Bible says the Son of God died on the cross for the sins of his people. The day is now called Good Friday, but why is it called good? It is because whoever believes in him receives forgiveness of sins.
