Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon.
It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis and come with 1% milk.
LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.

Baked tilapia with ranchera sauce, Mexican rice, broccoli, whole grain tortilla, sugar-free pudding and orange juice.
Friday, July 26
Chinese beef stir-fry with pepper garlic sauce, jasmine rice, carrots and pineapple chunks.
Monday, July 29
Pork chile verde with verde sauce, pinto beans, peas and carrots, tortilla and tropical fruit mix.
Tuesday, July 30
Zuni corn soup with sugarfree crackers, poppy seed chicken pasta, harvest salad (spring mix, cranberries, almonds and balsamic dressing), whole wheat crackers (two packs) and sugarfree fruited gelatin.
Wednesday, July 31
Spinach and mushroom quiche, roasted potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and canned pears.
