Holes-in-one abound for Nancy Tye

LW WOMEN'S GOLF CLUB

The LW Women’s Golf Club plays a nine-hole tournament every Tuesday morning at 7:30. The Turtle Lake course welcomed 43 avid golfers during the past week’s game. Play for the morning was low gross, low net and circle hole on No. 2 Three women landed their ball in the circle: Karen Mendon, Susie Kim and Sally Park.

A flight winners: Low gross: Sophia Kim, 25; low net: Karen Mendon, 21.

B flight winners: Low gross: Sally Park, 30; low net: Clara Suh, 25.

C flight winners: Low gross: Mary Greig, 28; low net: Bert Thompson, 23.

D flight winners: Low gross, Emiko Uchiyama, 32; low net: Elizabeth Butterfield, 22.
