Thursday, July 4 (International)

Barbecue baby back ribs, mac ’n’ cheese, mashed potatoes, meatloaf, chow mein and more.

Friday, July 5 (Asian) Pho noodle soup, chicken curry, dumplings, bao buns, orange chicken and more.

Monday, July 8 (International) Korean barbecue short ribs, chicken gratin, chicken wings, pasta with meatballs and more.

Tuesday, July 9 (Mexican) Burrito, chicken enchilada, fried rice, grilled chicken wings, taquitos and more.

Wednesday, July 10 (Seafood) Salmon, mahi mahi, rice, sauteed tiger prawns, grilled chicken wings and more.

The MedCare pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

GRF Technology Orientation Rescheduled

A GRF technology orientation scheduled for Sept. 26 was cancelled and rescheduled for Oct. 10, from 1-3 p.m. in the Clubhouse 3 Learning Center.
