Fraud prevention event is July 9
SENIOR SCAMS
Residents can learn more about preventing senior fraud and protecting their personal information on Tuesday, July 9, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 4.
Financial expert Ben Wong and Department of Financial Protection and Innovation specialist Jackie Wylie will talk about how people can protect their finances from scams, which can be in person, on the computer, over the phone or even in texts. Attendees will learn how to stop scams before they start.
