CRIBBAGE CLUB

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served from noon-12:15 and anyone arriving by 12:15 is assured a place to play. Yearly dues are $5 and $1 is collected from each player who plays weekly. Players who finish within the top four scores are awarded prize money the following week. A total of seven games are played beginning at 12:30.

Gene and Margaret Smith provided homemade cake and ice cream in celebration of their 69th wedding anniversary. The club congratulates this special couple. Margaret along with Carrie Kistner served the refreshments and Melinda Cowan provided nuts and candies.

The club congratulates Julie Milburn who had a rare 28-point hand, earning her special prize money.

The winners for the week include: Joanne Lester and Howard Bleakley, 839, first place; Suzanne Parks, 833, second; Candy Meyers and Joyce Basch 826, third; Pat Blum, 824, fourth. Donna Gorman finished with six 12s and Dolores Cook had no wins.
