Project food box returns June 28

The Project Food Box program, sponsored by the Seal Beach Lions Club, will be held Friday, June 28, at Clubhouse 6, from 10 a.m.-noon.

People can purchase a 12-pound box of fresh fruits and vegetables for $10 (cash only). The Lions Club will bring 250 boxes.

Project Food Box is held every fourth Friday. Box contents will vary according to what is fresh and seasonal. People must pick up their box at Clubhouse 6; first-come, first-served. There is a two box per household limit. GRF ID cards are required.
