Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis and come with 1% milk.
LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.

Hot dog on a bun with mustard, ketchup, relish, baked beans, coleslaw, and sugar-free ice cream.
Friday, June 21
Vietnamese diced chicken, lemongrass sauce, brown rice, Japanese vegetable blend and sugar-free pudding.
Monday, June 24
Mexican corn soup with sugar- free crackers, chicken salad, barley mushroom salad, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and canned peaches.
Tuesday, June 25
Vegetable lasagna, three-way tossed salad with balsamic dressing, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat crackers and sugarfree apple crisp.
Wednesday, June 26
Chinese orange chicken with orange sauce, brown rice, spinach, sugar-free pudding and orange juice.
