A resident stated sub-contractors possibly bent his new screens.

There was construction during non-authorized times. The work stopped after Security advised.

Unauthorized use of the dumpsters by vendors was observed.

Security received numerous complaints from a resident regarding people sleeping on her patio. No one was found.

A resident came home from work and found her door unlocked. Security checked the unit and nothing was taken or disturbed.

A resident reported suspicious activity at a neighboring unit. Security checked the unit for any issues and found none.
•May 27, 7:29 p.m., Main Exit Gate A trespasser ran through exit gate area. Security escorted the person out of community.

The smell of spray paint on a patio caused smell to drift to the neighboring units. The resident stopped spraying once advised by Security.
