An unknown person removed a wicker table from the patio.

A resident stated sub-contractors possibly bent his new screens.

An unknown person tampered with the padlock on a storage unit; nothing was removed.

A resident stated an unknown person scratched her car one month ago.

A resident’s dog bit a neighbor on the leg; no paramedic required.

A resident heard a dog barking throughout the day from neighboring unit. A pet citation was issued.

A moving vehicle struck a stopped vehicle at the gate; no injuries occurred.

A vehicle was leaking oil on the street. The vehicle had left before Security’s arrival and sand was spread on stain to soak up the oil.

A resident reported someone sleeping in a car outside their unit. No one was found.

There was construction during non-authorized times. The work stopped after Security advised.

A resident’s daughter reported a person removing items from the recycling bin. No one was found.

Unauthorized use of the dumpsters by vendors was observed.

Residents argued regarding laundry room use.

Security received numerous complaints from a resident regarding people sleeping on her patio. No one was found.

A resident came home from work and found her door unlocked. Security checked the unit and nothing was taken or disturbed.

A resident reported suspicious activity at a neighboring unit. Security checked the unit for any issues and found none.

•May 27, 7:29 p.m., Main Exit Gate A trespasser ran through exit gate area. Security escorted the person out of community.

•May 30, 2:42 p.m., Mutual 2

The smell of spray paint on a patio caused smell to drift to the neighboring units. The resident stopped spraying once advised by Security.
