Fiber optic cable installation to close SB Blvd.
STREET CLOSURE
Cablecom, a contractor for Verizon, will begin installing fiber optic internet cables along Seal Beach Boulevard on June 17.
One lane of southbound traffic will be closed for the duration of the work, which is expected to continue for two to four weeks. The lane will be closed from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily during the work period.
Residents are encouraged to exercise caution while driving on Seal Beach Boulevard during this time. The work will not impact the regular hours or function of the Main Gate entry and exit lanes.
