The right medication, correctly administered for the treatment of a specific illness or disease, can mean the difference between life and death. Similarly, the word of God, rightly applied to circumstances one encounters, can mean the difference between victory or defeat in the life of the Christian. Pastor Dan Wilderman will bring the message “Prescription for Perilous Times” on Sunday, June 9.
The Wednesday Bible study begins a new series, “The Book of Hebrews,” by Derwin Gray. The theme of this book is “Jesus is Better.” New class members are welcome anytime. The Bible study is held on Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m.
Leisure World Assembly of God meets Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Hymn Sing takes place on the fourth Sunday evening of the month at 6 in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby.
