The LW Bike Group President Mary Romero was fitted for a new and free bicycle helmet at the Memorial Medical Center booth health fair in Eisenhower Park, Seal Beach. The group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Helmets and safe shoes are required.
