Adult Day Care Program Offered Weekly

ALZHEIMER'S OC

The Social Connection by Alzheimer’s OC offers the adult day program to LW residents living with cognitive impairment on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Attendance for both days required. Lunch is included.

Designed to foster socialization and well-being, this program offers a variety of engaging activities that keep people stimulated and connected.

Managed by compassionate and trained direct care staff, the team provides a safe, trustworthy and nurturing environment to all the attendees.
