GAF & Ralphs Rewards
While many people spend a lot of money on groceries, there’s a way to donate to the Golden Age Foundation (GAF) while grocery shopping without paying extra.
People can sign up for the Ralphs Community Rewards to donate to the GAF by going to www.ralphs.com/community rewards. People will need their Ralphs Reward Card number or the phone number associated with their account to register. People can also call 800-576-4377 and give the GAF’s nonprofit organization (NPO) number, FS 519, to register.
A digital account is needed to participate in the program. Once linked to the Ralphs Rewards card, each time people swipe their card at a Ralphs grocery store, the GAF will receive a donation at no cost. This is currently the only active fundraising project the GAF has and is supported by 350 residents.
GAF board members will be in Clubhouse 6 on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. to help residents sign up for the program. The board will take a holiday break beginning Dec. 20 and return Jan.
