Cribbage Club Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets each Tuesday in Clubhouse 1. Members should arrive by 12:15 p.m. to be assured a place to play. At 12:25 announcements are made, and the games begin at 12:30. Seven games are played. Yearly dues are $5. Members earn a star for their name tag when they win all seven games with a perfect score of 847.

Julie Milburn celebrated her birthday and provided cake and ice cream to all 54 members in attendance on Sept. 5. Carrie Kistner and Candy Meyers served the delicious refreshments to everyone.

Bob Daley joined as a new member of the club.

Sept. 5 winners: Lyn Doyle, 836, first place; Marshia Larson, 834, second; Sandra DeDubovay, 833, third; Sharon Rutigliano, 827, fourth. Dale Quinn won six out of seven games.

Cribbage is a card game, the objective of which is to be the first player to get 121 points.
