Fitness Fusion
Evelyn Kim, Fitness Fusion Club member, practices the weightlifting dragon walk and cardio exercise with a small jogging movement, both of which get the blood pumpingandstrengthen the heart muscles.
Fitness Fusion meets on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 6, and ThursdaysandSaturdays 10:30 a.m. at Veterans Plaza, and incorporates 18 different exercises in each class. People can bring their own weights to Veterans Plaza for additional resistance. Everyone is welcome.
