Concerned Shareholders

Security Services Director Victor Rocha will be the guest speaker at the Concerned Shareholders meeting on Thursday, June 22, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2.

Rocha will give club members an update on the new software access system. This system will provide visitors and vendors more efficient entry at all three locations and tighter control at the gates.

Rocha will discuss how the Security Department is working to improve the safety of the community through the Seal Beach Police Department and the on-site security officers.

Traffic tickets are now being issued for moving violations and overnight parking in clubhouse parking areas.

There will be a question and answer session at the end of the meeting. All residents are invited.
