Falls Prevention Workshop Date Change

For June, Reneu Health’s “Physical Literacy and Falls Prevention Workshop series” (Part 2) will meet Wednesday, June 14, from 11 a.m.-noon in the Optum HCC large conference room.

The class usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month, but there was a scheduling conflict this month for one session only.

Everyone is invited to attend this interactive lecture and exercise demonstration seminar presented by kinesiologist Christel Mitrovich.

Learn how to identify red flags, reduce pain and risk of injury, prevent falls, increase strength and improve balance.
