Assembly of God
Service/Gathering Times:
Sunday morning at 10:30 in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Hymn Sing will be held on the fourth Sunday, in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby at 6 p.m.
Sermon for this week: The Valentine’s Day décor is up in every store and mailboxes are filled with sweet sentiments for loved ones. As the actual holiday draws near, the card and candy aisles will become increasingly crowded with people searching for just the right way to express their love. Why so much fuss? Because it’s important that the people you love know it. Pastor Dan Wilderman will preach a sermon titled “Understanding God’s Love” this Sunday. God’s love is not fickle, it does not change with the seasons. If one is fully convinced of the overwhelming love of God, any trial of life can be faced.
Bible Study: The Bible study will not meet Feb. 1 and 8, but will pick back up on Feb. 15 with the study “Fearless,” by Max Lucado. This study has been impactful to students by instilling courage.
