LW's Community Emergency Response Team ….

LW's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers are called upon to help other people during an emergency. But the club is so much more than that. LW residents have no idea how much fun they can have learning how to deal with emergency situa- tions. Plus, members have an opportunity to meet other like-minded people. Last week, CERT had its annual holiday party, which featured delicious food and entertaining games with prizes. Catherine O'Brien (center, red scarf) acknowledged all those people who vol - unteered throughout the year. Plus, a big thank you for the great support and leadership the group receives from GRF Health and Safety Specialist Eloy Gomez (back row, sixth from left) throughout the year. The party was a great way to cap off another successful year for CERT.
