25 edition. Professor/statistician Jonathan Rich of Mutual 1 joins three other nominees in the race ( see page 2 for more information).

District 5 covers all of LW west of St. Andrews Drive, including Mutuals 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and part of Mutual 1.
