Pinochle Club
Pinochle is played in Clubhouse 1 every Monday,Thursday and Saturday.The warm up game starts at 11:30 a.m. The regular game begins at 12:30 p.m. The club provides cards, score cards, pens, tablets and other equipment. It costs $2 per person to play, and the top four scorers of each day win cash prizes.
On Aug. 18, winners were: Marilyn Allred, first place, 13,360; Julia Troise, second, 12,210; Ruth Bonnema, third, 11,320; and Maureen Hable, fourth, 10,000. On Aug. 22, winners were: Marge Dodero, first place, 12,860; Don Walton, second place, 11,500; Pat Blume, third place, 10,780; and Don Kramer, fourth place, 10,120.
