Assembly of God
Whether LWers’ Christmas celebrations are small or large, Assembly of God encourages believers to take time to reflect on the wonder of God’s gift. It is because he desires relationship with mankind that Jesus was sent as a baby in a manger. When people take that message to heart, it changes everything.
On Sunday, Dec. 26, Assembly of God will evaluate where the community is and what has happened this year. The world is still coping with a pandemic and its variants and following mask mandates. There are many issues where people find themselves on opposing sides of strangers, friends and loved ones. So what does this mean for the Christian? Is there hope anywhere? Pastor Chuck Franco will preach “Courage for The Coming Year” on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. God intends for his children to walk with courage and hope. Assembly of God encourages people to start preparing their heads and hearts for a positive, confident, faith-filled life in 2022.
On Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, Assembly of God will study Session 6 of “Kingdom Heroes,” a Bible study authored by Tony Evans featuring the heroes of faith in Hebrews 11.
