SCHMOOZE CLUB
Renowned jazz and klezmer clarinetist Leo Chelyapov will perform at the Schmooze Club meeting on Dec. 14 in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. All who attend must wear a mask for the safety of all.
Rabbi Shmuel Marcus, from the Chabad of Cypress and Los Alamitos and friend of the Schmooze Club will attend as the Schmooze Club meets in person for the first time since the pandemic began.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. with sign-ins, schmoozing (socializing) and refreshments. The program is from 10:30-11:30 a.m. RSVP by Sunday, Dec. 12 to Darlene Rose by calling (562) 347-8088 or emailing darlenearose@gmail.com. Be sure to include your phone number and email to receive the Zoom link if you are unable to attend in person. Make sure provide names of outside guests for Main Gate entry.
The Schmooze Club is a friendly group whose goal is for everyone to leave happier than when they came in. New residents are especially welcome to come meet new friends.
While “there are no dues to schmooze,” donations are gratefully accepted.
