Assembly of God

Imagine if there were no Christmas. What if the miracle of God sending Jesus to be the redemptive sacrifice once and for all had never occurred? Imagine the absence of hope. Imagine the absence of light. Pastor Chuck Franco asks the question “What if there was no Christmas?” in his message on Sunday, Dec. 12, at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. LWers are invited to come and enjoy the message and Christmas music all season long.

The third session of “Kingdom Heroes,” a Bible study by Tony Evans, will be presented on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. This study is based on the heroes of faith listed in Hebrews, Chapter 11. The study asks the questions “What would have to happen for modern-day believers to become heroes of faith?” and “Is it possible to become a hero of faith on par with those men and women recounted in the Bible?”
