Get to know the HCC and what it can do for you

If you’re new to the Health Care Center, or haven’t been in before, now is the time to learn all it has to offer! Join Grecia Nunez, the HCC’s senior ambassador, today, Aug. 26, at 3 p.m. in Conference Room 1 for a conversation about the HCC, its providers and more.
Healthcare is complicated, particularly in Southern California. If you’re not familiar with how authorizations are made, how medical networks play a part in your health, and how to find the right specialists for your needs, Nunez will help make it clear. Whether you are on an employer health plan, Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan, she’ll help make sense of it all.
This is particularly important since the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is coming up. Your mailbox is probably already overflowing with Medicare information. Use the next month or so to discover what you want and need in a plan, how to find care near you, and how to navigate the complex healthcare system.
For more information, or to reserve your seat, email RSVPOptumHCC@mhealth. com. In your email, please include your name, your phone number and the name of the event: “Get to know the HCC.” Seats are limited, and face masks are required.
Welcome Back, Volunteers
