GRF Amenity Status Chart

Below is the status of various trust property amenities as of April 28. Items with an asterisk denote a projected reopening date, which is subject to change. The GRF Board continues to review and recommend the reopening of other amenities per CDC and OCHCA guidelines under the Emergency Operational Procedures, which can be located under Governing Documents at Emergency Operational Procedures—Leisure World Seal Beach (lwsb.com). No other amenities are open at this time. Requests for reopening and reevaluating emergency procedures are being sent to the GRF Board . Reopening of clubhouses for reservations, subject to the Governor’s plan to reopen in mid-June, is under consideration. NO ADVANCE RESERVATIONS CAN BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME.
