Paper shredder truck contents caught on fire. There were no injuries, and GRF property was not involved.

Smoke was observed from a trash bin. OC Fire responded; no fire observed.

A unit was destroyed by a fire. The cause is currently under investigation.

Three pots of orchids were reported missing from a porch.

Resident stated someone had stolen one of her slippers from a dryer in the laundry room.

Resident reported that the DMV registration sticker was removed from her license plate.

A phone charger and lose change were removed from an unlocked vehicle.

A resident reported a handcart was stolen from the laundry room. The cart was later returned to the laundry room.

A resident stated that cable company personnel stole her remote while working inside her residence.

A resident stated that a neighbor removed LP record albums from her residence. This has been part of an ongoing dispute between the neighbors

An unknown man took photos of a resident’s Social Security card and driver’s license. The incident occurred on March 4.

A resident reported a stolen wallet. It was later found by the SBPD inside the resident’s vehicle.

Unknown vehicle sideswiped a parked vehicle

Vehihcle swerving on roadway. Resident stated she took medication, and will no longer drive.
•March 19, 2:50 p.m., Golden Rain Rd./St. Andrews Drive A vehicle was struck while attempting a U-turn in the intersection.
• March 19, 3:35 p.m., Oakmont/ St. Andrews Drive A vehicle struck another vehicle while going in reverse.
• March 27. 2:56, Golden Rain Rd./St. Andrews Drive Vehicle No. 1 struck vehicle No. 2’s mirror at the intersection.
